Vintage Rushton Rubber Face Plush Chinese Asian Bunny Rabbit-14 tall
Precious scarce Rushton Star Creation Chinese Mandarin rabbit containing a music box which controls the movement of its left arm. Adorably dressed in a wonderful satin jacket with mandarin collar, wearing a mandarin cap and long black queue (pig tail). Unfortunately the music box does not play consistently but it appears that the arm moves in an elliptical up and down motion so I think there may have been a fan in its hand. I can find no pictures or reference online to this adorable doll so I can not verify the presence of a fan, name of doll or exact year of production. I do know the Rushton rubber face plush dolls were made between 1950 and 1960.
There are no stains, smudges, tears, or odor -vibrant colors, clean condition. A must for the serious Rushton collector.Please look carefully at all photos as they are considered part of the description.
