Up for sale - Rare Retired Special Collection Maple Ty Beanie Baby. Maple is a white bear with black button eyes and a larger black nose. He has a red ribbon tied around his neck and the Canadian flag embroidered on his chest. Maple was originally going to be called Pride, but the name was changed before his release. Some Maple bears have the name Pride on the tush tag and are only found with a 4th generation swing tag. Maple was the first country exclusive bear outside the USA. This bear was included with Happy Meals in the 1990s and are particularly difficult to come by nowadays. Each of these beanies represent a different country: Glory U.

, Erin (Ireland), Maple (Canda), and Britannia (Britain) thus encouraging collectors to find all four.
